Zen Jock is a project started by Lindsay Kimpel in 2013.

The project seeks to explore the juxtaposition of spirituality and sports.

Findings are expressed and offered through art, classes, coaching,

individual sessions, retreats, writing, and more . . .

All are welcome to follow and join the journey of limitless expansion.

Lindsay resides in San Francisco, California.

She hopes to inspire others to live a life of spirituality and sports.
